Form ID / EDGAR Registration
Prior to submitting documents to the EDGAR system a filer needs to register with the SEC. This is accomplished by completing and submitting a Form ID to the SEC. Upon approval of the Form ID the filer will be provided with unique EDGAR filing codes. These codes enable the filer to submit documents to the SEC via EDGAR. The applicant must complete the Form ID (see SEC form link below) which requires a copy of a notarized “authenticating” document.

Process: We use electronic signing (e-signing) technology that requires no additional hardware on your end, just your keyboard. You will set up a time with a notary that is most convenient for you. When you are in session with a notary, you will e-sign by typing your name onto the document. The notary stamp that you receive will be an eNotary – the entire process is online, and electronic.
